Delays caused by incomplete client information
Failure to read service details before purchase
Dissatisfaction after final approved revisions

By purchasing services from Taylor Your Résumé, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Policy
Full payment is required before work begins. Services are non-refundable due to the customized and digital nature of résumé writing and LinkedIn profile development.
2. No Guarantee of Employment
Taylor Your Résumé provides professional writing and positioning services. We do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate and complete information. Final documents are approved by the client before use.
4. Revision Policy
Each résumé package includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of receiving the completed draft.
Revisions are limited to edits within the original scope of work and do not include complete rewrites or added positions not previously provided. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.
5. Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at purchase. Delays in receiving client information may affect timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Templates, writing frameworks, and formatting systems remain the intellectual property of Taylor Your Résumé.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
By purchasing any service from Taylor Your Resume, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Scope
Your purchase includes one of the following services:
Professional Resume Rewrite
LinkedIn Profile Rewrite
Resume + LinkedIn Bundle
Each service includes content development based on the information you provide at the time of purchase.
2. Information Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate career information, including past job titles, dates, responsibilities, certifications, and target roles.
If important information (such as additional jobs, promotions, or credentials) is shared after the résumé has been completed and delivered, it will be treated as a content addition and may require an additional fee.
3. Revisions
Each service includes one round of minor revisions after delivery. Minor revisions include:
Small wording adjustments
Clarification edits
Formatting corrections
Adjustments based on the originally submitted information
Major content changes, new job additions, or structural rewrites after delivery are not included and will be quoted separately (starting at $50).
4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days after all required information has been received.
Delays in sending materials or answering follow-up questions may extend the completion timeline.
5. Communication
All follow-up questions and document submissions must be sent via email through the confirmation message received after purchase.
Consultations are conducted at my discretion when needed to clarify direction.
6. Payment Policy
All services are paid in full at the time of purchase. Work begins only after payment is received.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customized and digital nature of résumé writing services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.
8. Results Disclaimer
While I create professional, optimized documents designed to position you competitively, job placement is not guaranteed. Hiring decisions are made by employers and influenced by many factors beyond résumé quality.
