Step 1: We Talk First

Before anything else, we’ll have a quick call or Google Meets to talk through your career journey, goals, and the direction you want your résumé to go.

Step 2: Make Payment

Once we've discussed your résumé and confirmed what you need, I’ll send over an invoice. Once paid, your résumé gets added to my VIP styling queue.

Step 3: You Send Your Current Résumé

After we chat, you'll email your current résumé (even if it's outdated, janky, or non-existent—I got you). I’ll also ask for any new job descriptions or roles you're aiming for.

Step 4: I Style It, Then We Review Together

I’ll do a full résumé makeover—highlighting your strengths, aligning with your target roles, and making it recruiter.

Before anything is finalized, we’ll hop on a review call to walk through your new résumé together. You can ask questions, request edits, and give your final thumbs up.

Step 5: Final Delivery

Once approved, I’ll send you the final résumé in Word and PDF formats. You’ll be ready to apply, show out, and land the job with confidence.

Thank you for choosing Taylor Your Resume — where your resume gets the perfect fit. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth and professional experience:

Payment Policy

· Full payment is required before the final product is delivered.

· Once services are confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you via email or text.

· Work will begin only after payment is received in full.

· Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, PayPal & Klarna

· All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after your intake is completed.

  • Rush delivery (48 hrs) is available for +$50 (not with VIP package-rush is included) and must be requested upfront.

  • Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Revisions

  • One complimentary revision is included within 7 days of delivery.

  • Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.

Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

  • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work within your included revision window to address reasonable concerns.

Client Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information.

  • Delays in sending materials or feedback may impact your delivery date.

  • Projects left inactive for 14 days may be closed without refund.

  • Your information is confidential and will never be shared without your consent.
